"A Portrait of Agony" is the first single off of "The Faceless LP". A Portrait of Agony is about people waking up strapped to operating tables with full body mirrors hanging above them. Confused and scared they are doomed to witness the nefarious Dr. Nias transform them into a soldier of his army called: The Faceless.
